Chip Dizárd is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Absolute Presence, a web site development firm  that began in 2002 and is located in Baltimore, Maryland.  He has worked on many diverse projects and clients which include church and ministry web sites, political campaign, business and most recently in May of 2007 his firm designed and implemented the official web site of the City of Baltimore (baltimorecity.gov). 

He is a graduate of Coppin State University with a B.A. English and Communications.  Before starting Absolute Presence Chip honed and refined his marketing and sales skills in the corporate sales departments of FedExKinkos and a start up healthcare company.

Chip has received numerous awards for his web site development work and entrepreneurship, he was selected as the 2006-2007 Emerging Business Leader by the NAACP Baltimore branch. He was also selected to be on web site transition committee for Governor Martin O’Malley. He has been featured in the Baltimore Sun, Baltimore Business Journal and other local publications for the work and his entrepreneurship.


Chip serves his local church Miracle Temple as webmaster and post-production editor for the Encounter Television Broadcast. He is a frequent contributor to the Baltimore technology community and in his free time he enjoys golf, and spending time with his wife Rosalind and their 1 year old daughter Sydney.
