I met Kevin Slayton in 2005 when he was a lobbyist in Annapolis and I worked for my state Senator Delores G. Kelley. We immediately connected about politics, sports and good food. I built my first campaign web site for Kevin and because of him I had many more political web sites to my credit.

He recently went back to school (Howard University) to get his Master of Divinity degree and now works for Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake as her faith-based liaison. Kevin is a connector and he is well known throughout Baltimore for his activism and now as he turns the page to become a minister will do the same for the congregation he serves.
