My Faulty iPhone 3G

Ok, I am going a bit overboard with the iPhone. I went to the Columbia Maryland Apple Store and I was turning my phone off and lo and behold, my button in which you turn the ringer off fell off. And of course the iPod bar was jammed packed. The first thing I did was panic, but I was here during a slow time.

Thankfully Jeff, a great Apple Store Genius helped me and gave me a new phone. I just had to pay$2.99 since I purchased the iPhone in Virginia (errr) Maryland has higher sales tax. Nevertheless, I am very happy and I can tell that this phone is better than the first one I had 24 hours ago.

An Apple Secret: They keep a stock of phones in the back that are technician only so if yours breaks chances are they will have one for you. If they don't---you will be one teed off customer and be without a phone.
