I had the opportunity to shoot a low-budget parody video for the Baltimore Team of New Leaders. New Leaders was founded in 2000 by a team of social entrepreneurs, New Leaders is a national nonprofit that develops transformational school leaders and designs effective leadership policies and practices for school systems across the country.
I have a friend who is part of the residency program in Baltimore City and they asked me to create this video as part of a final group assignment. Once I heard the concept, “The Most Interesting Administrator/Principal” based on “The Most Interesting Man in the World“, I was hooked. I often tell my students good videos start with a good concept.
